[Investigating] Atlantech engineers continue their investigation into the root cause for the registration issues. As previously reported, call routing changes have been implemented and most registrations have now moved to alternate servers. Any customer still experiencing registration issues should reach out to Tech Support at 301-755-2260 or support@atlantech.net. More details will be provided as they are learned.

Phone registrations should no longer be dropping, and any customer still experiencing registration issues should reach out to Tech Support at 301-755-2260 or support@atlantech.net.
